These are the rules for using strad. By creating an account or playing as a guest you agree to them. They are written to be readable, not impressive — if a clause sounds like it was written by a different lawyer than the rest, that is on us.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or above, or the legal age of majority where you live, whichever is higher. You must not live in a jurisdiction where social-casino style products are restricted. By using the service you confirm both points are true. If we discover the account belongs to a minor, the account is closed and the data deleted, no exceptions.

What strad is

strad is a free social-entertainment platform. SPACE EXPLORERS is a slot-style mini-game played with strad-Points. Points are not money. They cannot be bought, sold, traded, swapped, exchanged for prizes, transferred between accounts, or cashed out. There is no shop, no premium currency, no path that turns points into anything outside the platform.

Account and conduct

One person, one account. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for activity logged from your account. Do not share or rent your account. Do not use bots or scripts. Do not exploit bugs in the maths instead of reporting them. Do not abuse or harass other players or our team.

Suspension and closure

We can suspend or close any account that breaks these rules, that we suspect belongs to a minor, or that we reasonably believe is being used for fraud. We try to warn first; we do not always have to. You can close your own account at any time from the settings page or by emailing us.

Provided as-is

We work hard to keep strad up, fair, and bug-free, but we do not promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every country. To the maximum extent allowed by law, strad is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us — which, since the platform is free, will normally be zero.

Intellectual property

The strad name, logo, the SPACE EXPLORERS game design, the symbol artwork, the source code, and the visual style are ours. You can play and screenshot for personal use. Do not redistribute the assets, do not pretend to be us, and do not run a clone under a different name.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, where the operating entity is registered. Disputes that cannot be sorted out by mailing [email protected] first will be heard in the Estonian courts, except where local consumer-protection law gives you the right to use a court closer to home.
